Important Appointment Guidelines - Please Read

  1. Availability for the Full 3 hour arrival Window

    Appointments are booked in three hour arrival windows to ensure efficient and timely service. It is essential that you are at home, and available for the full appointment window.

    If you are not present when we arrive, we will not be able to wait, and your appointment will be canceled. A cancellation charge will apply equal to that of the service. Furthermore, continuous unavailability will result in permanent removal from our service.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    We understand that plans may change, but kindly notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours before your appointment. We aim to accommodate as many clients as possible within the allotted time frame. Same-day cancellation will incur a cancellation fee, equal to that of the service.

  3. Service Flexibility

    Due to the nature of our services and the need to reach all appointments within the scheduled time frame, we cannot accommodate specific requests for placement within the window or offer estimated times of arrival (ETAs). Your cooperation is appreciated as it allows us to deliver the best service to all our valued clients.

  4. Cat Appointments

    For the safety of both our team and your feline companions, we are unable to work with aggressive cats.

    Please ensure your cat is easily located and ready for the appointment. If you are unable or unwilling to hold your cat during the session, we kindly request that you cancel at this time.

    If we cannot locate your cat within a 10-minute period, we will need to cancel the appointment, and a cancellation charge will apply equal to that of the service.

  5. Rabbit & Guinea Pig Appointments

    To facilitate the nail trimming process for rabbits and guinea pigs, we require you to hold your pet during the appointment. This helps create a stress-free and positive experience for your small furry friends.

  6. Accepted Payment Methods

    We accept payment via cash, Venmo, or CashApp.
